Our current strategic plan correlates with our 2012-2017 capital campaign [link to Campaign page]. This plan translates the goals for downtown revitalization in the One Macon plan and the Macon Action Plan into a five-year work plan for our Board and Staff. With your investment, we promise to deliver measurable progress for downtown revitalization.
